I have included the mailing address and the website needed to submit your request. You will need to log into your online accounts to access the SMC tool. Your request would need to be received either by mail or via our Secure Messaging Center. I just called and the lady was able to remove the missed payments and is mailing me a letter stating it has been updated from deliquent to no missed payments. So, I followed up and the auto responder said to call in. I was told I'd get a response within 2 business days, I received a response the next day, but it stated they'd forward the message and I'd get a response in another 2 business days, and I never did. I sent a message on FB, they stated I could mail in a response or used the secure message system online, so I sent it throught the secured portal. It's from July 2019 30 days, I missed June's payment then paid the end of July. If they don't do what they say in the letter, seek legal help.I have one missed payment on my report and my score took a major hit. Write a complaint and be fierce! Ask for a letter telling you EXACTLY what they plan to do about it. I watched my credit score go down over 100 points. I was harassed several times a day by phone, and each time I would explain to them and they would look it up and tell me they were sorry and that it would be fixed. I have been fighting with them for almost 2 years over a fraudulent card in my name (with different address)that they kept assuring me would be fixed. Within 1 week I received 2 letters from Comenity apologizing and telling me that they were going to reverse the damage this had done to my credit score and send me a check, which I did not ask for. ![]() That's what I did, and that same day the Better Business Bureau contacted me. Go straight to the Better Business Bureau website and post your complaint, loud and clear. Well, don't try to talk to them because you'd be wasting your breath and your time. Who is the right outfit to talk to about this letter? I've never (nor my s.o.) have set up an account with Comenity Bank and again, did not apply for a VS credit card.
